Article Snippet: High-energy X-ray total scattering measurements were performed at the 28-ID-1 (PDF) beamline of the National Synchrotron Light Source II (Brookhaven National Laboratory) using an incident beam energy of 74.5 keV, corresponding to a wavelength of 0.1665 Å. Powder samples were placed in polyimide (Kapton) capillaries and sealed with epoxy to prevent air contact during measurements.
